Rima Nashashibi

Rima Nashashibi is an internationally recognized nonprofit executive, community leader, and public policy advocate with more than 30 years of executive leadership experience spanning the corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors. She is the Founder and President of Global Hope 365, a California-based nonprofit dedicated to preventing human trafficking, child marriage, and other forms of gender-based violence through education, community partnerships, and public policy initiatives. She also serves as a Commissioner on the Orange County Commission on the Status of Women and Girls, where she works alongside fellow commissioners and community leaders to advance policies and initiatives that improve the lives of women and girls throughout Orange County.

Before founding Global Hope 365, Rima spent two decades with American International Group (AIG), where she held regional and national leadership positions overseeing business development, strategic marketing, client relations, and operations for major national accounts. Her executive experience managing large teams, multimillion-dollar portfolios, and strategic initiatives continues to shape her collaborative leadership style and passion for building high-performing organizations.

Under her leadership, Global Hope 365 has become a respected voice in public awareness, prevention, and policy advocacy, working alongside government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare providers, law enforcement, businesses, and community organizations. Rima has testified before state legislatures across the United States, helped advance policies protecting women and children, and founded the California Coalition to End Child Marriage.
