Nina Barber

Nina Barber is the Chief Executive Officer of the Norooz Clinic Foundation, a non-profit mental health clinic based in Santa Ana, California, where she has served since 2012. Over the past 14 years, she has helped the clinic expand access to affordable, culturally responsive care through business development, program implementation, and strong operations.

Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, bringing a unique blend of business insight and legal expertise to her leadership. In addition to her work in the non-profit sector, she is also a small business owner and serves as an adjunct professor teaching law in a paralegal program. Across all of her work, Nina is committed to breaking down stigma, strengthening the behavioral health workforce, and creating more accessible pathways to care.
