Kamola Mir is an award-winning maternal health innovator, inventor, and Founder and CEO of Lidavex Inc. A former OB-GYN nurse and published biotech researcher, she brings firsthand clinical experience to the development of CerviLite, a groundbreaking LiDAR-based technology designed to replace subjective cervical examinations with objective measurement and mapping. Her leadership has earned recognition including the Startup World Cup Southwest Regional Championship, the REALIZE Grand Prize, and SBDC LaunchPad honors. Kamola is building at the intersection of deep technology, women’s health, and health equity, with a mission to modernize childbirth care and expand access for women in maternity care deserts.
