Aloha Ley

Aloha Ley is a nationally recognized leader in transportation safety, organizational culture, and human flourishing with decades of experience in public service and executive leadership. Having served six U.S. Department of Transportation Secretaries in senior leadership roles—including Chief of Staff, Senior Advisor, and Director of Transit Safety at the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)—they played a pivotal role in developing and implementing the Safety Management System (SMS) framework for aviation and public transit. Today, they partner with organizations to strengthen trust, psychological safety, leadership, and decision-making through culture transformation, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven strategies. They are also the founder of the FTA Counter Human Trafficking Program and the Invisible Movement, advancing initiatives that promote safety, healing, and human flourishing across communities.
