Full Submission Guidelines 

This page provides details on the submission types and the process of submitting your work to the conference. It offers guidance to aid you throughout the process, starting from submitting an abstract to preparing your presentation for the conference.

Call for Submission for Abstract Deadline: Friday July 19th, 2024 

Decision Notifications: End of July 2024

Scheduling Information: July 2024 

Open for graduate students and professionals 

Individual Paper Presentation & Poster Presentation 

Review and Selection

The Selection Committee will review all submissions, but due to the limited number of presentations that can be accepted, it is important to include relevant details in your submission. This will enable the Selection Committee to effectively evaluate your proposal. Please note that the Committee reserves the right to request additional information, ask for changes to be made, or decline a submission if it is not relevant to the meeting or does not adhere to the submission guidelines. Once proposals have been submitted, no changes can be made unless the Committee specifically requests them.
